This is no ordinary Sound Bath. Barbara Spaulding RN, Certified Master Sound Healer, Clinical Sound Therapist, Hypnotist, and Sound Healing Therapy Practitioner Master Teacher, brings her 10+ years of training and Sound Healing Therapy experience to each Sound Bath and therapy session she performs. Barbara takes you on a magical sound bath world vision journey as she plays over 60 instruments from around the world at each session including the Reverie harp, monochord, Sansula, quartz crystal singing bowls, metallophone, gongs, many specialized drums, many chimes, and more. Even if you have attended other Sound Baths or meditations this one will be very special and totally blissful. No lying on the hard floor, each person comfortably lies in their own zero gravity lounge chair. As an additional bonus at the end, each person can sample the vibroacoustic sound bed which has been described as an otherworldly experience and offers many possibilities for targeted therapy for specific conditions and brainwave states. Since the studio is private there's only room for seven lucky people in each group. The music feels like it's being played just for you, each sound and vibration totally penetrates every cell in your body and entrains your brain into the most wonderful Alpha-Theta-Delta states of consciousness. This intensive training is perfect for those who want to learn more about how sound therapy can increase one's quality of life and promote health and wellness. Whether you want to become a Sound Therapy practitioner or use Sound Healing in your own personal meditation practice. This practitioner training is also a wonderful opportunity for massage therapists, yoga instructors, reiki practitioners, life coaches, nurses, counselors, therapists, medical practitioners, or other healing practitioners, who want to learn how to incorporate sound therapy into their practices. You will be able to conduct a Sound Therapy session and more when you are finished.
This Sound Healing Therapy training not only teaches you the science and practice of Sound Healing Therapy but goes beyond learning to play quartz crystal bowls and other instruments. In addition to these instruments, over 50 in all, you will also learn about using cymatic frequencies and vibroacoustics in your practice. You will get to experience a session on the vibroacoustic bed. Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy allows you to target specific issues using scientifically identified healthy frequencies to address them. It allows you to also target specific brain wave states/states of consciousness, depending on the individual’s needs and condition. People have called it “Sound Healing on Steroids!” At this training course, you also get to experience playing a large variety of instruments from all over the world and are treated to a Sound Bath Vision Journey with quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, specialized drums, metallophone, monochord, Reverie Harp, and many more Sound Healing Instruments. Because the in-person part 2 class is so small, much like private training, there is plenty of time for all your questions and practice. No instruments are required and all levels are welcome.
